At GO Financial Services you won't pay for your initial consultation. If you decide that you would like us to help with your application, we'll charge a fee to cover our administration costs.
This is paid in two parts:
- A fee of £150* when we start. This fee is non-refundable and payable at outset
- A second fee once you receive a formal mortgage offer. This is £350*
*These amounts are subject to change. These charges apply to each mortgage contract you enter into with us. Once you've spoken to an adviser and provided details on your specific requirements, we'll confirm the exact fee to be paid and when it will be collected.
On some mortgage applications, we receive a commission fee from the lender on completion. This is separate from our administration fee and is an additional fee we receive.
In order to give you confidence in our service, all commissions will be disclosed to you in full at the time of our report. It is important to remember that remuneration in either form is payable to the individual adviser and not to GO Financial Services.
