We will charge you a fee for the service we provide to you. The fee for this service is £150.00 at outset and £350.00 payable on receipt of a formal offer. All fees are non-refundable. We will also be paid a commission by the lender.
We will charge you a fee for the service we provide to you. The fee for this service is £500.00 at outset and 1.0% of the loan amount payable on receipt of a formal offer. All fees are non-refundable. We will also be paid a commission by the lender.
These charges apply to each mortgage contract you enter into with us. Once you’ve spoken to an adviser and provided details on your specific requirements, we’ll confirm the exact fee to be paid and when it will be collected.
In order to give you confidence in our service, all commissions will be disclosed to you in full at the time of our report.
